Good app for news

I signed up for the CNBC News App a few weeks ago and it's been pretty solid. I mainly use it to catch up on the Evening News. It was easy to download and get going. Everything felt smooth, no weird glitches or anything. Just good, quick business updates.

Saved some money on PRO

I finally decided to try CNBC PRO after seeing some talk about it. I was looking for a good deal because these subscriptions can add up, you know? I found an annual subscription discount that saved me a decent chunk compared to paying monthly. That made the decision much easier. The content, especially the Market Data and the Financial News, seems pretty comprehensive. I'm hoping to use it to get a better handle on my retirement planning. So far, for the price I paid, it feels like a solid investment.

PRO annual is still worth it

I've been a CNBC PRO subscriber for a few years now, and I just renewed my annual subscription. It's consistently good. The Real-Time Stock Quotes are always on point, and I rely on the Earnings Calendar quite a bit. This renewal was just as smooth as the last, no surprises. I keep coming back because the information is reliable and helps me stay on top of things. It's not cheap, but the depth of the data is why I stick with it.

Does CNBC Pro have like a free trial? Don't wanna commit to something without checking it out first.

A Anna Whitfield 1 month ago
They do! Just hit up their site, you'll find the free trial link easily.

Yep, pretty sure they still offer a free trial for PRO. It's how I checked it out before subscribing. Just make sure to cancel before the trial ends if you don't want to get charged.

Hey, I'm a student. Do they have any kind of student discount for the PRO subscription? Bloomberg does, so hoping CNBC might too.

S Shane 1 month ago
They totally do! I used my student email to sign up and got a solid discount. Just look for it on their site.

Yes, I believe CNBC offers a student discount for PRO. It's worth checking their 'subscribe' page or FAQs for details on how to apply for it.

Thinking of getting PRO, but is the annual plan really that much cheaper than monthly? Just trying to figure out if it's worth the upfront cost.

M Mark 2 months ago
Yeah, totally. I think I saved like 25% just by going annual instead of monthly. It adds up.

It's a pretty good deal. They usually say it's 20-33% cheaper. Sometimes even 50% off the first year if you catch a special promo. Definitely go for annual if you're gonna stick with it.

Are there ever any Black Friday sales for CNBC PRO? Or like Cyber Monday deals? Thinking about waiting if there's a big discount coming up.

D Dana 2 months ago
Oh for sure! They usually have pretty good Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. That's when I renewed my subscription last year.

Yeah, they totally do! Black Friday and Cyber Monday are big times for subscription deals from them. You can usually snag a pretty sweet discount around then, especially for annual plans.
